As if we needed any more reasons to eat chocolate – July 7th is world chocolate day. So from bars, cookies, cupcakes and more, we’ve got you covered with a blog that will definitely inspire you to get in the kitchen, and cook something chocolatey this July.

Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

First up on this choc-tacular list, we have these mouth-watering vegan chocolate cupcakes. These are super easy to make, and best of all they are completely vegan! This recipe can be made in around 20 minutes and will serve 18.

 

White Chocolate Unicorn Bark

Chocolate bark has seen a massive rise in popularity over the last few years, and with iterations like this white chocolate unicorn bark, we definitely see why. The colours on this are amazing, and with a sweet white chocolate flavour, it definitely tastes it too. This recipe can be made in around 40 minutes and serves 1lb of bark.

 

Chocolate & Cookie Butter Mousse Cake

Third on our list we have this delicious chocolate and cookie butter mousse cake. It features a crumbly shortbread crust layered with cookie butter mousse which is then coated in chocolate ganache and jumbo chocolate curls. This recipe can be made in around 15 minutes.

 

Vegan Chocolate Chip Biscoff Cake

Next we have a cake that is truly show stopping. Although a bit less chocolate based than the others on this list, we believe it looks so good that we couldn’t leave it out. It’s made from layers of vanilla chocolate chip cake, chocolate cake, layers of Biscoff spread, vanilla buttercream, topped with melted Biscoff spread, dark and white dairy-free chocolate and Lotus Biscoff cookies. Best of all it’s completely vegan!

 

Chocolate Blossom Sprinkle Cookies

Although these are labelled as being for Halloween, we think these chocolate blossom sprinkle cookies are a great bake to try for world chocolate day. They are made from a chocolate cookie dough base, tonnes of sprinkles, and a chocolate placed in the middle. These can be made in around 20 minutes.

Ultimate Ice Cream Chocolate Cupcakes

The final bake on our list are the erect blend of being suitable for world chocolate day, but also being delicious in the warmer weather! These ultimate ice cream chocolate cupcakes are made from moist chocolate cupcakes stuffed with ice cream and topped with whipped cream, chocolate and sprinkles. These can be made in around an hour and a half and will serve 12 to 14 cupcakes.
