It’s nearly Valentine’s Day! We’ve got loads of chocolate-y Valentine’s themed bakes for you this week to try, and all of them are amazing. So, whether you want to make them for that special someone, or just want to treat yourself instead, have a read below.

The first Valentine’s chocolate themed bake we have for you are these mouth-watering Sweetheart Donuts. Everyone loves a donut and this love-heart covered version is just perfect for Valentine’s Day. You can get creative with these mixing up colours, sprinkle shapes and flavours to make them perfect for February 14th.

Vegan Chocolate Banana Ice Cream Bites

Next up we have these delicious vegan chocolate banana ice cream bites. These are a perfect sweet snack for Valentine’s day, pairing the creamy flavour of the chocolate, with the even-creamier banana ice cream for a truly indulgent treat. The recipe can be made in around 40 minutes and will serve 24 ice cream bites.

 

Vegan Salted Caramel Cheesecake Slices

Third on our list we have these vegan salted caramel cheesecake. Although salted caramel seems to have been used in nearly every dessert, we think there’s good reason for this. This cheesecake part is a mixture of blended cashews, almond milk and tahini making for a delicious, creamy and most importantly vegan cheesecake base. This recipe can be made in 20 minutes prep time, plus soaking and freezing time.

 

Valentine’s Heart Macaroons

It’s doesn’t get any more Valentines-y than heat shaped bakes! These pink heart macaroons are perfect for Valentine’s Day using ingredients such as cinnamon to get a delicious sweet, punchy flavour. The pink colour also pops so much. This recipe can be made in around 2 hours and will serve 10 macaroons.

 

Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Sandwich Cookies

The final bake on our chocolatey-Valentine’s list are these delightful chocolate raspberry sandwich cookies. This high-in-fibre treat, is perfect for Valentine’s Day, due to their heart shape, colour scheme and most importantly their amazing chocolate and raspberry flavours.
