The 26th April is National Pretzel Day so we thought there was no better way to celebrate than with 7 delicious pretzel themed baking ideas for you to try! Whether you prefer the crunchy salty kind of pretzel or the soft doughy kind, we have plenty of bakes that we know you’ll love. Dig in!

 

Chocolate & Banana Pretzel Pie

The first bake in our pretzel spectacular is this amazing chocolate and banana pretzel pie. This pie is made up of a graham cracker and pretzel crust, layers of chocolate and peanut butter ganache, bananas and topped with more pretzels. This recipe looks so good and will taste even better! This recipe can be made in around an hour and a half and will serve 12.

 

Peanut Butter Pretzels

Next up we have these simple yet delicious peanut butter pretzels. These are great as they’re only made from 4 ingredients so won’t break the bank, and will be super easy to make. These can be made in around 30 minutes and will serve 25.

 

Pretzel Fudge

Thirdly we have a pretzel flavoured twist on a fairground favourite; fudge! This recipe has white chocolate, pretzel and marshmallow flavours making it the perfect sweet treat. This can be made in around 4 hours and will serve 18-24 pieces.

 

Salted Chocolate & Caramel Pretzel Bars

As you can probably tell by all the bakes so far, chocolate and pretzels go really well together! These salted chocolate and caramel pretzel bars look so appealing and will taste so good. The salty flavours of the chocolate go compliment the sweetness of the caramel and will leave you wanting more. This recipe can be made in around 35 minutes and wil serve 15.

 

Soft Vegan Pretzels

Next, we have these super sweet soft vegan pretzels. This recipe is really simple to make and will be perfect if you prefer the soft variety of pretzels to the crunchy version! It can be made in around an hour and will serve 20.

 

Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffles

The penultimate bake in our pretzel day special are these peanut butter pretzel truffles. These have a super crunchy pretzel centre with a soft milk chocolate outer with some added pretzel dust on top which makes these light bites look really appealing. These can be made in around 2 hours.

 

Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Finally, we have these beautiful cookie dough pretzel bites. This no bake treat are made from egg-free cookie dough, pretzels and finally dipped in chocolate with sprinkles. This recipe can be made in around half an hour and will serve 24.
