5 Baking Ideas for Valentine's Day

Love is in the air! With everyone coupling for Valentine’s Day we have put together a blog of baking ideas for your February 14th. So, whether you’re seeing love hearts wherever you go, or if you’re single and ready to mingle, try out these bakes to kick off your Valentine’s day in style.


Rosey Rocky Road (Vegan)

The first bake on our list is this beautiful Rosey Rocky Road. This vegan recipe is made from cacao butter and cacao powder and is topped with rose petals to give it that extra Valentine’s Day touch. It serves 16 people and takes around 2 hours to make.


Valentine’s Amaretto Truffles

Next up on Valentine’s Day special we have these delicious Amaretto Truffles. The colour of these beautiful truffles is achieved using fresh beetroot as well as almonds and maple syrup. These are the perfect light-valentines snack and can be made in around an hour.
