Thick, creamy vanilla blueberry milkshake which tastes like a blueberry muffin! This recipe is vegan and banana free, perfect for those trying out Veganuary.
Makes 1 large glass or 2 small
1.5 cups of vanilla soya milk or milk of your choice, add 1 tsp of vanilla essence if it doesn't contain vanilla.
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 small handful of oats
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
