Third on our list we have these mouth-watering vegan gingerbread marshmallows. The spongy texture on these is ridiculous with strong and sweet gingerbread flavouring really cutting through. This recipe takes around 25 minutes to make and will serve 20 marshmallows.
Vegan Chocolate Mousse Pops
Next on our vegan Christmas list we have these simple, yet delicious vegan chocolate mousse pops. They are made from aquafaba (aka chickpea brine), non dairy chocolate and your choice of sweeteners (eg. maple syrup). They can be made in around 20 minutes and will serve 4 to 5 people.

The final bake we have on our vegan Christmas list is this delightful recipe for vegan eggnog. This gluten, dairy and egg-free recipe is made from simple ingredients such coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and produces a really authentic, tasty flavour.
