Everyone loves a cheesecake! They provide a great way to get creative in baking whether you alter the type of crust, flavour or topping they’re always bound to be delicious. Tuesday 30th July 2019 is National Cheesecake Day so we’ve put together a list of 6 delicious cheesecake-themed recipes to try. Enjoy!

Next up we have a recipe perfect for late summer evenings in this Honey Cheesecake with Honey-Thyme Drizzle. This recipe is made from a hobnob based crust, a Greek yoghurt based filling, white chocolate, and a lemon and honey topping. We think the yellow and white mixture of colours looks so appetizing and will be a perfect dessert for a summer BBQ.
