With the worst of the winter whether hopefully behind us, we can now start looking forward to Spring time. That means one thing for us bakers; Easter! The final bake on our Easter cookie list are these super cool malted milk speckled egg cookies. The blue colouring really stands out and the malted milk base is really tasty. This recipe can be made in around an hour and a half and will serve 50.
